We are a team of entrepreneurs from Western Gujarat engaged in offering a wide range of financial services with a primary focus on qualitative financial advice and helping small and medium businesses to access capital at economical costs.

Under the excellent leadership of industry stalwarts named Minish Patel, Denish Patel and Kaushal Patel, we have expanded our offerings from stocks and derivatives, commodity derivatives and depository services to research and advisory services, distribution of mutual funds, IPO and many more. As a top finance company, we have a state-of-the-art infrastructure in Rajkot, Gujarat to cater to all the financial needs of our global clientele in an economical manner.

Although we started our journey from membership of regional stock exchange and on the way becoming agents of national level brokers, we have now reached a stage in terms of critical mass, when we can develop and propagate our own brand in industry. We, the House of Patels, are entering the business of financial services with the impeccable record and penchant to give our clients “Life Time Financial Service”. We serve our clients on life time basis by offering high-end fund-management services such as Portfolio Management, Stock Advisory, Asset allocation strategies and overall wealth and financial advisory keeping in view his/her demographic and income profile.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Although we started off in a small way, as history spoken of our above shall bear out, we are now well on the way to achieving the brand recognition at national level in financial services. As our history speaks for itself , there has been no turning back for us. What was a small acorn planted way back two decades ago by our pioneer, Mr. Minish Patel is now raring to be a national name in financial services. The journey has been a learning experience for the group and the lessons picked up by us shall be utilized to create a responsible, sustainable and ebullient financial services group that would to cater to customers across the board. Meanwhile it would be worth the while to bring on record the background of our pioneers, who also man our board positions.

Mr.MINISH PATEL

SEBI approved Research Analyst - Registration Number INH000002871. A pioneer and veteran of House of Patels, A pioneer with passion for technology. He is valued for his understanding of the economy and the stock-market. Research – based & personalized advisory services are Patel Wealth’s forte, and he has undoubtedly been the brain behind it. When it comes to analyzing the market, he is a true virtuoso. His hands – on experience and fundamental knowledge of the market can predict the market trend early. His experience spans 25 years in Corporate Advisory and Portfolio Management Service.

Mr.DENISH PATEL

With his vast experience, in depth knowledge and strong analytical skill, he efficiently ensures flawless operations of the group. Being in the securities market business for more than 10 years, he has seen all the phases of Stock market and handled all the matters efficiently. He looks after the policy, vision and major part of the operational activities of the group. Innovation in offerings, Branding and Arbitrage are his forte. He takes care of the brand building and marketing activities of the entire group.

Mr.KAUSHAL PATEL

He played vital role in the development of group’s state-of-art web portal, IT & internet based trading platform. His key roles & responsibilities include business development, risk management, technological up-gradation & development and administration of day to day activities at Group. He actively participates in business promotions, operations and compliance functions of Group. His key strength lies in meticulous and strategic planning and implementation of radical concepts for the overall business development. He has lead many successful initiatives, redefined people policies and delivered substantial growth for Group.

Mr.JATIN PATEL

Regional Director Strategic Leader with over 15 years of multi-faceted experience in financial services with insightful exposure in assets & liabilities business including broking & wealth management. Jatin joins Patel Wealth Advisors Pvt. Ltd. as a Regional Director where he is part of the core team who created this company from scratch, successfully managed multiple verticals & functions such as sales, product management, marketing, cross-sell, HR, training & P&L. He is building profitable business franchise across various product lines and geographies. His professional familiarity has helped the organization to establish new horizons, apart from enlarging the service range.

We seek to achieve competitive edge by ensuring total customer satisfaction through world class service delivery mechanism. We (i) leverage modern technology for transactions processing (ii) continuously improve upon delivery mechanism by using modern technology (iii) respond to a customer issues in a pro-active way.

Prefunded Instruments

We shall not accept from clients pre-funded instruments in settlement of financial obligations. Clients shall have to discharge their financial obligations by transferring funds from their own bank accounts (which should be mapped with us in their respective client master) to our client Bank Accounts. Any fund transfer from bank accounts other than those of clients or any bank account not mapped with us by clients shall not be accepted by us as valid discharge of their financial obligations.

Investor Grievances

We have provided for an e-mail id complaint@patelwealth.com (which is published in KYC and also on our website) to which the clients can escalate their grievances. All the mails received in this e-mail id are attended to by the compliance officer. It is our policy to resolve all customer complaints within a maximum period of seven days from the date of receipt. Our KYC and website also mention e-mail ids of NSE,BSE,NSDL, and SEBI to which clients can escalate their grievances in case their grievances are not redressed by us.

New Circulation Policy

None other than our Senior Research Analyst is allowed to pass on any market related news and developments. This way we safeguard against spread of rumors and unsubstantiated news items among our clients and associates. Even as our Senior Research Analyst disseminates any news item with a brief analysis of its impact, the investors are any-way cautioned that they must exercise their best judgment while acting on any news and/or recommendation propagated by our Research Team.

Risk Management Policy

We set the limits for client’s exposure based on client’s credit balance in ledger account and value of client’s collaterals (in the form of shares/securities, bank guarantees, fixed deposit receipts etc.) subject to such hair-cut on shares/securities as may be prescribed by SEBI or at our sole discretion. We define such exposure limit either at client level or for each security depending upon client’s risk profile, trading pattern, market trend or any such other factor at our sole discretion. We accept or refuse any security or collateral as margin from any client and any decision by us in this regard shall be binding on the client. We do an on-line surveillance/monitoring of client exposure vis–a-vis the margin deposited by the client concurrent with the client’s trading. Any deficit/shortfall in the margin deposit shall have to be made up by the client on an immediate basis before the client’s pending orders are allowed to migrate to stock exchange’s trading platform. In case of failure of client to replenish the margin as required, the pending orders and further orders of the client shall not be allowed for execution.
